1. What are your shipping rates?
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
- For orders up to $149.99 before taxes, shipping is $10.99.
- For orders $150.00 and up before taxes, shipping is FREE.
All items are shipped through Canada Post, include a tracking number and are insured for $100.
*Quilting patterns* - if you are only purchasing a quilting pattern (up to $17.00 value) and wish to have your pattern sent by snail mail in an envelope, please leave a note when purchasing. Your shipping cost will be $5.00 instead of $10.99.
The shipping price will be changed manually before your purchase is processed.
Item will be shipped through Canada Post but will not include a tracking number. This cannot be used if you are purchasing fabric and a pattern.
**Some exceptions apply, i.e. large quilting patterns (i.e. Elizabeth Hartman's Dinosaurs pattern) will be shipped with tracking and regular shipping prices apply.
Please note, all orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A. (excludes U.S. territories and Possessions):
Orders to the United States may take anywhere between 10 and 15 days to arrive, excluding any time your package may be delayed in Customs.
- All fabric orders $149.99 or less before taxes, will ship for the flat rate of $20.00.
- Orders $150.00 or more before taxes, will ship for FREE.

2. What countries to you ship to?
At this time, we only ship within Canada and to the continental U.S.
3. Lost or stolen parcels
Please note we do not reimburse for any lost or stolen parcels.
We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they are in the hands of the postal service. Please contact your post office in the case of non-delivery or missing parcel. Once you have done that, please contact us and we will assist any way we can.
Can I pick up my order?
Short answer - sorry, no.
Long answer - as a home-based business, there are certain rules we must abide by in order to operate from home. We cannot advertise or have signage indicating we operate a business and we cannot disrupt the traffic flow/environment of the neighbourhood. This, in essence, means we cannot have individuals come to the house to pick up their orders.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery for Calgary residents.
Minimum purchase for delivery is $20.00
For orders $20.00 - $74.99 delivery is $9.99
For order $75.00 and over delivery is FREE
Local delivery may take up to 2 business days to process. We deliver Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Packages will be left by your front door unless alternate arrangements are made during checkout.
